Imi grew up in Somerset, spending thirteen years at Taunton School where she became a staple within both the theatre and music departments, frequently performing in concerts and bi-annual musicals. While there, she performed at the Wales Millennium Centre and starred as Madame Giry in the first ever amateur production of The Phantom of the Opera in England.
As of 2017, Imi graduated with a BA in Theatre from Lancaster University, the number one university to study theatre arts in the U.K. at the time. During her time at university, she served as Publicity Officer for the Lancaster University Theatre Group and produced five shows, including Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, Coward’s Blithe Spirit and Christie’s And Then There Were None.
Having always had her nose firmly within a book from a very young age, Imi is very much a bibliophile and a certified Harry Potter nerd. She delights in reading all forms of fiction from sci-fi, fantasy and dystopia to new adult romance and thrillers.
